Return and Exchange Policy
No returns or refunds. All sales are final. Once an order is placed the entries for the giveaway are automatically submitted.
Items can be exchanged ONLY IF they are in new and sealed / unused condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to ELEVATED PERFORMANCE LLC and the shipping charges for the new product.
Please send all exchanges with which product and size you would like in exchange. We will contact you if the item you are exchanging exceeds the value of the item you sent back
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately! Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Please send all exchanges with the original invoice and specify which product and size you would like in exchange. We will call and collect payment info for shipping and any price difference upon receiving the exchange package.
